    — Mon/Wed at 4:30pm & 5:30pm

    — Tue/Thu at 9:15am & 10:15am

  • Disco-robics (30-minute interval workout)

    Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri at 6am

    Tue/Thu at 12pm & 4pm

  • Restorative Yoga

    Fridays at 5:15pm

  • Tai Chi (Meditation in motion)

    Saturdays at 9:30am

  • Ballet Boot Camp

    Fridays at 9:30am
