Amanda's class gets to the basics of good health and relaxation. Try it at PRIDE FITNESS on Saturdays at 9:30am. You will spend an hour experiencing ancient tai chi movements and philosophy. These simple movements benefit flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation. Tai chi is basic enough for beginners but challenging enough for experienced athletes. You will be amazed at the benefits you see in your health!
